If you dont like people, maybe you shouldnt be in retail. You were rude and abrupt with a lady with two young kids. This poor lady didnt have great English, and was pretty distressed by the experience. Its pretty disappointing.

5 /5 Hawk Sixtyfour: After a bad run with Tony who pretty much ran this PO into the ground, along comes the new guy Ray, and things have improved out of sight. Slowly cleaning up the place, and service is much improved.
