1 /5 Joshua Ng: Rude customer service! I went to collect a package and they needed verification of my address which I provide in my payslip and one guy said you needed other documents. You can show us anything you want. I was just following the instruction given to me. If you have to come here, just be prepared of this kind of service.

1 /5 Lisa: I’ve never had a positive experience at this post office. The staff — especially one particular woman — are consistently rude and unprofessional. When you try to calmly ask questions to understand the process, they speak over you, raise their voice, and show no willingness to help. What’s even more concerning is the clear difference in how they treat customers. Ive noticed a pattern of condescending and dismissive behaviour toward Asian customers, while white customers are treated with more patience and respect. That kind of double standard is unacceptable. There is absolutely no excuse for rudeness or discrimination in any setting, especially not in customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would. I would strongly advise others to avoid this post office if possible.

5 /5 Ivy: My experiences at this post office has always been efficient. When I have required assistance, I am provided with clear instructions. There has also been times where Amazon drivers/Private couriers have left my parcels here when I had specifically signed to have the parcel dropped off without signing. This morning, I came in to claim a parcel. I am appalled at how some of you choose to behave. These workers are here to assist you and provide you with a service. Do not be rude to them. Australia Post may not always have reliable delivery timing- however they are very secure and honour all their policies. If you have agreed/signed to collect a parcel yourself or have someone else collect for you, then you need to remember that and honour it. And for gods sake, bring a VALID and the CORRECT ID, its been like this for many years. *A valid ID is one with a address. *The correct ID is the one that matches to the parcel. This is a reminder for all customers to take some responsibility for yourselves rather than throwing attitude at a worker. This behaviour is not okay.

Rude, offensive, degrading, repressive, unhelpful, unprofessional, unwelcoming, miserable, sour. All the best out here folks, I would not recommend going any where near this place.

1 /5 mm: The service at the Vermont South Post Office was extremely disappointing. Extremely rude staff, slow service, and unprofessional attitude. Worst experience at Vermont South Post Office. Would not recommend. Less than one star. Very very bad. Dont go Vermont South Australia Post Office. It can significantly impact the public’ rperception of the brand.
