He was able to offer a range of different options, pending what my needs and priorities were. He was able to offer good knowledge of the current mortgage industry and was clear when explaining the pros and cons of all the options available to me - he was able to help me get the loan that I need to get into my first property. His approach with me was empathic, understanding and would often go the extra mile and check in at different times during the process to ensure I was travelling okay with the process, and whether there were any further questions of concerns that may have come up during that time.
