Had my bracelet in for repair, approx. 6 weeks, asked for a quote and was quoted by Trish via Leigh, and l accepted. Two weeks later After l called to follow up, Leigh said he made a mistake and doubled the quote! Obviously l did not go ahead, this was ethically and morally wrong on every level!
Leigh, don’t quote in future unless you know what you are quoting on.
Incidentally, l have since had it repaired by another Jewelers all in one week, and, what l was quoted is what l paid, they were true to their quote.
I’m posting this because when l came in to pick up the bracelet, l dealt with you, Leigh, directly and you did not even have the courtesy to apologise.
