1 /5 Tim Page: I had a doctor referral for an exercise plan. Avanti called me eight times (five stars for persistence) to arrange an initial appointment before I finally got back to them. The woman I spoke to could not have been less helpful. I had lots of questions around how many sessions were involved, cost, structure etc…. In others words, all the questions someone who had never been there before would have. All of these were met with monosyllabic “answers”.
She just wouldn’t elaborate. I said to her at least three times that I would like to understand how it all worked but was met with a brick/ unhelpful wall. I decided that I couldn’t make booking with someone displaying that sort of attitude and said that I had decided not to progress. In a final show of lack of self awareness, she asked me for feedback as to why I had made that decision. Management, if you’re reading, having this person as your first point of contact with new customers is doing you no favours.
