Jay was an absolute pleasure to deal with - highly professional, yet warm, friendly and approachable. There were a few aspects of the process I didn’t fully understand, but Jay took the time and patience (emphasis on patience because I asked him that many questions haha) to walk me through everything clearly and throughly making sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way.
