1 /5 CARLOS PLATA: Barry Bourke Berwick offers a good range of used cars and is well located as part of a large dealership group. However, my personal experience was disappointing. I purchased a BMW convertible, expecting premium service. Unfortunately, they used non-genuine brake pads just to pass the Roadworthy Certificate — something completely unacceptable for a high-end car. On top of that, the car was due for a service, but there was no evidence it had actually been done, despite their claims. I took the vehicle to a BMW-certified workshop, which confirmed my concerns and do the services and inspection properly. For the price I paid, I expected better. It’s clear that the focus is more on sales volume than on delivering quality service, genuine parts, and long-term customer satisfaction. Very disappointing experience.

I am interstate so open communications was vital and reassuring. I arranged for an independent inspection which went well. I would highly recommend purchasing a pre loved vehicle from Tommy, Andrew and the team.
