ader na Victor’s skill, particularly his attention to detail is next to none. Victor’s focus was clear: to get my body to work optimally through building the correct foundations and then applying those learnings to heavier weight based training. He understands body mechanics extremely well and is able to understand what you’re trying to explain to him, even if you’re not along any sense at all. With Victor, the ego goes out the window and what you really have is an hour of meditation through intentional training and connection to the muscle you’re working. Thank you mate. All the best.
