Daniel Heng Ryan was an amazing person to interface with, especially during a difficult time of dealing with an estate issue, the passing of a loved one. He was professional, incredibly prompt, kind, and we couldnt have had a more efficient and perfect experience dealing with the sale of jewellery. Payments were prompt and the whole assessment of jewellery pieces was efficient, accurate and realistic. As we live in Brisbane, the postage process was made very easy. I have never come across staff who went all out for a customer at Sportsgirl probably because most of the time I went at peak hours. Jess offered to assist with steam ironing the size 6 of the top she got from the storeroom as there was none on display.
