Khoury Sarah “Sarah K” Sosa and the team at Hematime are great. I was always met with a friendly face. The facilities at Hematime are clean and well kept, the gym also has a great range of equipment.

Carly E Easily the best gym I’ve ever been to, I love it! Beth and the girls give one on one attention perfecting your technique and guiding week by week for you to progress. Honestly gives you the confidence you didn’t know you had in you. The programme is set up to focus on consistency so you can safely progress which I haven’t had at other gyms. The support you get from everyone at the gym just gets you more excited to push yourself when it comes time to testing. As a bonus everyone that trains there are so lovely, it’s a vibe, highly recommend gals!

Philip Heberling Internationally known as one of the best gyms in Melbourne. You know that the training is elite when the owners of other gyms come here to train with other likeminded athletes. Predominantly attended by athletes, health professionals, frontline workers and health enthusiasts. This is the place if you want to become fit and get the results.

Erin Thomson Our 1yr old & 3yr old both attend Kings, Wantirna & absolutely love it. We werent 100% sold after coming from a fantastic swim school in Berwick but thought wed give it a few weeks. Both kids now look forward to going swimming & love their teacher, Kez. Its lovely & warm, very clean & the staff are incredibly friendly & make an effort to remember the kids/parents. We would recommend this swim school to anyone. Fees are also quite good with approx. $80 per month / 1 half hour lesson per week.
