5 /5 Al Meneses: I have been attending BFT Sunbury for just over a month and could not recommend the team here enough! Sienna & Tyler are one of the most friendliest duo ever, they truly make the gym feel like a community rather than a place to work out & it shows in the way they interact with everyone on a day to day. Their guidance has been amazing so far and I genuinely look forward to each session.

5 /5 Tom Sacco: I cant recommend BFT Sunbury enough, Ive trained at a few different places and nothing even comes close. The coaches are very knowledgeable and so helpful, Ive had an injury for a while now that makes it hard to do some workouts but the coaches at BFT never run out of alternatives or modifications so that I can still get a great workout every time and not miss a beat. Their workout programs are always changing and never feel repetitive. Thanks Sienna, Tyler and the whole BFT team!

5 /5 PYT: BFT Sunbury is a fun and amazing place to train, I highly recommend it. The coaches and trainers are not only knowledgeable but also encouraging and supportive of your fitness journey. Having just moved to the area, I can attest that the community there is just as encouraging and supportive as the trainers and coaches.

5 /5 Siobhan Byrne: I’ve recently joined BFT Sunbury and I’m so very glad I have. It is now my happy place and I’ve FINALLY found my people. It’s a gym that is so warm and welcoming where you feel included and can be yourself. My fitness level is seriously lacking, but I’m still able to do all of the exercise in the circuits. The variety of exercises too is next level, I love it!

The studio itself is always clean and tidy and set up seamlessly. I love coming to my class, having everything there and ready to go so I can get my session done! The BFT Sunbury community is honestly the best!!!
