F45 Training Sutherland - VIC

Layla Minshull 3 months ago on a whim I signed up for a free 5 day pass at F45 Sutherland. Last week I completed my 45th training session. A massive thank you to Shen, Bec and Saskia. Such an incredible trio who along with all the other members of F45 Sutherland have made me feel so welcomed from day one. Shen, Bec and Saskia have helped to improve my form, keep me accountable and challenge me to push myself each and every session. It’s a gym filled with members of all ages and fitness levels. I absolutely love training at F45 Sutherland and I strongly recommend it to anyone! This is only the beginning of getting my health and fitness back on track. It’s the best I’ve felt for a very long time and I’m feeling fitter and stronger both mentally and physically. Still along way to go but at least I’m on my way.
