Shed been pierced before by Lysander and was really happy with the outcome, he didnt disappoint this time either. He came across as friendly, professional, confident and experienced, my second helix piercing (I went to Skin Kandy last time), what a difference..... less painful already, feels like its healing well, no issues, piercing was pretty painless and quick...very happy. He was very helpful advising on positioning of piercing and knew the stock and what was available. They are very reasonably priced and also have the largest and most varied choice of jewellery I have ever seen..... 100% recommend this place!

2 /5 Kelly Tee: Staff were super friendly and the experience itself wasn’t bad at all, however both me and my friend experienced extremely infected ears after being pierced here. After a lump formed on both the back and the front, I went to another piercer to have it looked at, to which he said it had been pierced on completely the wrong angle. It also wasn’t pierced in the place I had asked originally asked it to be pierced. Had to take it out and hopefully it will heal with no scarring.

Its clean, their hygienic when attending to their clients, the staff are not only friendly and honest, they work to protection too. Their pricing is also reasonable. I would highly recommend this shop if you would like any piercing done. Thank you staff for such a wonderful job.

Lauri B 8/5/2025: It has been awhile since I visited this store. They redid the area and now it is much brighter. I like it! Today I went in to have more charms added to my bracelet. I was immediately greeted and assisted with my selections. My order had to be sent out since one charm was being engraved and another was charm that was out of stock in the store needed to come from somewhere else and then be added to the bracelet. Jaky was very helpful. She explained everything in detail and took her time with me. I appreciated her professionalism and expert assistance. I felt like I was leaving my jewelry in good hands. I hope Jakys manager sees this review. I was extremely impressed with her level of service. Great hire, JA! The store was clean and I only had to wait in line for a couple of minutes. This store is conveniently located right outside of Macys.
