If there were an option to opt out, I would gladly take it. This fee is supposed to include a cleaner, yet I’ve personally walked in to find the cleaner sitting on her phone watching YouTube instead of cleaning. The facilities are consistently dirty, rules—such as the one guest per household policy—are not enforced, and basic maintenance is neglected, including repairing broken windows and restocking essential supplies like toilet paper. Reports of people jumping the fence happen often, raising concerns about security and access control. Meanwhile, the fees continue to rise each year without any noticeable improvement.
