Very professional and helpful in understanding court terms & how she proceeded with my matters. She would always respond exceptionally quick and update me on what was happening. She really makes you feel like shes there to help and not just another client which is great. I cant thank her enough.

1 /5 Pip Q: Very poor experience. In 2021-2022. I ran into legal issues because of a abusive EX. Menoz became my lawyer. An she was very rude hardly responded to my questions told me and I quote " Im getting rather annoyed and frustrated at your question" yet Ive got a intellectual disability and she never explained it good. An made me feel worse and bad in myself. Very rude and critical. Felt like she was not really on my side and I never really had a meeting to discuss my side of things face to face. She hardly ever replied to my ndis or therapist. My NDIS manger in fact said she is no good well thats the G ratted version of his wording. In the end I explained a few things that my biological father told me to put to her since he was a ex cop. An she had the nerve telling me I rail roaded her... An passed me off to another lawyer. Joke is on her tho because I go a much better understand lawyer. My biological farther even request to speak with her but Menoz told me flat out no she will not speak with him. The only reason why she refused is because she knew all Dam to well my biological father was a ex cop and she wasnt doing her dam Job correctly. So if you are thinking of having this crule unkind rude woman as your lawyer I say no stay away go somewhere else because Menoz shouldnt be in this field Im surprised shes still a lawyer and hasnt been disbarred yet very rude woman.

Not only are they professional and approachable, they are also extremely thorough, leaving nothing to chance. I can honestly say that you can trust this firm and confidently know they will your best interest as a priority.. impressive and capable!
