G C I advise all customers to avoid this store. I had a Seiko watch, barely 7 days old and the band fell apart. I went back to ask for a refund and was told the watch needs to be sent away for repair. I said I am not sending a watch away for repair when I just paid $700. This store has a set of policies that they think overrides consumer law. The staff weren’t one bit helpful at all. I’ll now lodge a complaint with their Head office. I would never shop in these stores again. I end up going back to Southland and the salesperson pretended she didn’t remember me. Had the audacity to say the Frankston store didn’t re-link the watch properly when it was this salesperson in Southland. Thankfully I managed to receive a full refund, which is what the Frankston store should have done in the first place. If the managers took the time to read these reviews and reply they’d understand that customers need to be treated with more respect. And also I don’t appreciate staff at Frankston laughing thinking the whole thing is a joke. I’m not surprised Product Review has a 1.7 star average for this company. I suggest everyone read your consumer rights with regards to refunds. A store cannot take these rights away.

Annika Alchemy Love everything about this shop! You don’t come across this variety of jewellery anywhere else in Sydney. Lots of beautiful handmade pieces and a wide selection of gorgeous silver rings. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff too.

Gary Ford Absolutely fantastic service. I cant believe the negative comments I am reading because our experience was so different. Weve come over from England for a holiday to see family and my daughters wanted to look in Pandora. The prices here are about half the price of the shops in the UK. Jordan was fantastic with the girls (14 & 10), couldnt help enough. Even put the new charms on for them, chatted and gave lots of advise. We went back a few weeks later as the girls wanted to spend some more there. Jordan recognised us straight away and was really helpful again. Even advised my eldest on some lost items because of something faulty . She was fantastic, great knowledge, friendly, and helpful . Even had her photo taken with the girls. Shes a credit to your store and company. These negative comments must be from people believing they could get something for nothing.

Special mention to Rebecca who made the entire experience so seamless & memorable and for her patience in helping to source the perfect diamond. We collected the ring on Saturday where both Matt & Rebecca joined us for a glass of bubbles in the shop to toast the happy occasion - which was a gorgeous touch! I have not stopped staring at my hand, truly the ring of my dreams. Thank you so much, looking forward to the next special occasion ✨️.
