Alif Maknojia I’ve been training with Larry at LA Fitness, and I can honestly say he’s one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with. From the very first session, Larry took the time to understand my goals for strength building and fat loss, and he created a program that was challenging, motivating, and perfectly suited to my fitness level. Larry’s expertise shows in every workout. He explains proper form clearly, watches closely to make sure each movement is done safely, and always knows exactly when to push me to the next level. Thanks to his guidance, I’ve gotten noticeably stronger, my endurance has improved, and I’m seeing real, consistent fat loss results. What makes Larry truly stand out is his positive energy and genuine dedication to his clients success. He keeps the workouts fun, varied, and purposeful, and he never lets me leave a session feeling like I didn’t give my best. His encouragement has made a huge difference in my confidence and commitment. Elwood Pilates - VIC

Sophie Dauba Boucher Isabelle kept me fit and healthy during my pregnancy (and she had double work because I expected twins!): she was fantastic at adapting the exercises to me and making sure I was all right! Now that the babies are born Im so looking forward to running again and she is preparing my body to be back on track soon! Very responsive, always flexible and cherry on the cake: she is super nice! I swear you wont regret!

Strong Women Can - VIC

Deirdre McIntyre Very inclusive gym that focuses on all aspects of womens health. Importantly there is a focus on functional movement and working out with weights. I took a small group Foundational Movement program and found it to be expertly designed and run. I really liked the camaraderie and encouragement. Im a certain age and need the weights, and the focus on form as I have the litany: bad knees, shoulders, recurring plantar fasciitis. My aim was to not sustain injury and to get back into exercise so I can live and age better. The focus on correct form and alternate ways of doing an activity has allowed me to accomplish this. Strongly recommend this gym!

Ashok Kumara Perera CrossFit Bayswater is an incredible place, and I couldn’t be more grateful to be part of this amazing community. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported by the entire team. Eliot and Beth, the owners, are phenomenal coaches who make everyone feel like they belong, no matter where they’re starting from. Beth is not only kind-hearted and welcoming but also incredibly friendly, always greeting everyone with a smile that brightens up the room. Eliot is a true motivator—he pushes you beyond what you thought was possible, helping you unlock strengths you didn’t even know you had. His coaching style is both challenging and encouraging, creating the perfect environment for growth. Tanita brings infectious energy to every class. Her positive attitude and ability to help you break through mental and physical barriers make her an exceptional coach. She inspires you to dig deep and accomplish things you once thought were out of reach. The community here is something special—everyone is friendly, supportive, and committed to helping each other succeed. Whether it’s a tough workout or a new personal best, the support from everyone makes each session something to look forward to. A big shout-out to Elise for her expert Olympic lifting coaching! Her attention to detail and encouragement have helped me make incredible progress. All the coaches here are truly great, and I feel lucky to have been coached by such a fantastic team. If you’re looking for a gym that challenges you, helps you grow, and surrounds you with positivity, CrossFit Bayswater is the place to be!

Daniel Nugent WHAT AN AMAZING GYM!! The team and vibe in the gym is second to none! Chelsea is incredible, her passion and dedication to every aspect of the gym is uplifting and motivating. I highly recommend training at Vault, it welcomes and supports all kinds of training. Do your self a favour and go see Chelsea, and sign up to the best gym in the area. My family and I love it!!!
