As an online client I really enjoyed the variety & challenge Jared puts into each program. Always taking into account my feedback from our weekly check ins, sculpting each 4 week block around that, whilst pushing me to get the most out of myself.
Jared is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness, physique and strength have all improved noticeably and I’ve seen huge progression in my ability to lift heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
Importantly:
- Jared ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. (So much so that when I started training with him, i went back to absolute basics to adjust my technique in all compound lifts)
- Jared is extremely reliable & punctual when I do do PT sessions– always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned, as well as extremely punctual for our weekly check in calls - calling me at exactly 6pm each Tuesday evening to see how the weeks been/progressing
- Jared is extremely passionate about what he trains and teaches his clients, going all in on each and everyone who train under him
I am competing in my first powerlifting competition in 4 weeks, I would never have though this would be possible prior to training with Jared.
