1 /5 A S: Michael has helped us back in 2000 when we purchased our first home in Croydon. Then we used him again in 2008 when we bought our first investment property. Now Melissa their office manager and Julie are bunch of useless staff sitting in the office. No courtesy of returning of phone calls and not at professional. I would not recommend anyone to use them. It will be disaster and wast of time. I hope Michael is reading all reviews.
