What loan provider in this day and age has NO ability for customers to find out loan balances or get statements online and requires them to actually call and wait on hold?? Call centre people are abrupt and unhelpful, and then calls are followed by a 3 question survey, that does not allow you to record the poorest score.... I will be closing my loan and NEVER coming back to Capital Finance or St George Group. What a joke. I regret that brokers use and recommend this company.

Their interest rate might not be the lowest but you know exactly what you are paying before you sign up.

1 /5 Kylie Parker: Trying to get hold of them is like pulling teeth from a hen phones lines just go quiet and nothing happens but yet they are happy to send repo people around when they don’t get payment maybe need to learn some customer service skills one being contactable two calling your customers before you send repo guys because ur computers doing a humans job doesn’t work. I made a double payment trying to do the right thing and your computer says I haven’t stuck to the plan and sends someone out.
