My wife and I have used him for all of our business, financial and personal taxation needs ever since; We currently use MG partners to help us operate several businesses, trust structures, investment advice and are now looking at setting up a charity, nothing is too much for Mike. His latest investment property connections are also excellent. I have often told Mike he is the best accountant in the world, and, to be honest, I mean it. 3 /5 Che Fitzhenry: Disappointed with the execution of the work that we had done together. Feel like i payed a lot for services that were really not provided in the end. (as i did not have much at the time) I was stressed and overwhelmed doing things on my own and needed the help and advice of a professional that was kind an caring. They were Kind but in the end they didnt care to execute what was discuses in person and as it was not in email and had been forgotten buy them. When I discovered the job was not executed through My Gov over 8 months later. I called to fix the issue, i was given a cold response and told i have to pay more for the job that was not finished. In the end it took one 15 min call to the Tax office to fix. Now that I have fixed it myself and realise how simple it was i am disappointing in the response and support i got MG Partners. With this situation I feel that i could Not have been clearer of my intentions in the last meeting and were i was heading and what needed to be done. I thanked them for there services and left. So when having called for help to finish what had not been done and getting the response that i did, i am disappointed as i feel it was such a simple fix. Sure they made a mistake, but the caring response would have been to help find a solution instead of saying you have to pay extra if you want the job done. So i hope you have all the best of luck! Always be sure to make some sort of record.
