2 /5 rohit jain: I’ve been a member for the past 15 years and have always enjoyed visiting a few times a week. The staff are professional and welcoming, the facilities are clean, and the pricing is reasonable. It’s our local go-to place, and my kids love their swimming lessons here.
However, I’ve noticed ongoing issues with the maintenance of the gents’ bathrooms—specifically, the soap dispensers. I’ve flagged this multiple times: there’s often no soap available. I’ve submitted written feedback to management twice and spoken to reception staff on several occasions, but unfortunately, there’s been no improvement. There was no soap yesterday, and again this morning.
It’s quite inconvenient not to have soap available, especially in a facility that promotes hygiene and wellness. If the dispensers cannot be consistently refilled, I suggest removing them altogether and clearly communicating to patrons that soap will no longer be provided. This way, individuals can bring their own and adjust expectations accordingly.
This issue has occurred at least 10 times in the past two months—this is not an exaggeration. I hope this feedback is reviewed seriously and that some accountability is taken to resolve the matter.
