4 /5 Jaiden Tslgl2: Store too small. Last time I went, the same goods were for sale. Hard to clear out goods. Not a lot of goods, prices similar to Cash Converters. Id have to go Cashies all the way, or go to another independent store. At least they can offer better prices than Cashies, but not as much of a variety available. Only come here about once every three months. Edit: Ive been served by Jason who is an honest bloke who sells items at very affordable prices due to the fact people dont properly look through items at this business. This meant I found a brand new and sealed PS4 game for less than $10 which goes for $25. Small store with very little items due to them buying for little (not at insulting rates though) then marking up at a cheap rate. Im more of a Cash Converters shopper myself but maybe if this store would display the items prices better and if they were in a bigger location and hired more staff, this might be worth going to on a more frequent basis than Cashies since they also sell things at bargains and can buy things at reasonable prices although you do need to shop around. 2nd Edit: I have spoken with the store manager while shopping here about the review and am changing the review based on my own understanding of how tough it is to run a small business as I run a small business myself with an Amazon store. I have found this store to be unsuitable for my shopping needs as I have previously found that games were not moving. They now no longer take video games which was a surprise since they do very well down the road. The main reason to shop here nowadays would be to find a funko pop which will hopefully be at a bargain rate and I could get an item at a cheap price as these guys want to move on their items very quickly. The 20% interest rate for pawnbroking is a viable option for the consumer which I have no need for it however has been successful enough for the business to be still standing. This place could possibly become a smaller yet more well stocked store where it would focus more on helping the poor out with their valuables being stored and for them to have relief to pay for their groceries so check this place out for a pawn loan. No pay day loans are available and thats fine by me. Summary: The main reason the rating is 4 stars is because customer service has been outstanding and they are extremely negotiable, even are willing to lose money in order to get some cash flow which as a businessman, I think cash flow is just as important to consider as profit however profitability is ideal. Its just tough to compete against Good Old Cashies. Honestly, I love some competition like how Cash America and EZ Pawn can compete against each other in the USA.

5 /5 Phil Gillott: Bought an item through eBay from these guys and when we went to the store to pick it up the guys couldnt be more friendly and helpful. We ended up buying a couple of other items while we were there that they very generously gave us a good discount on. Would recommend to everyone.
