1 /5 Khan: Bought a Blue Yeti from this store, payed express postage, arrived without a cable. Listed as working, lightly scratched, arrived covered in marks and missing mesh on the mic, stand was loose. Went out and bought a cable, plugged it in and did not work at all. Called, best they could do is offer a label for me to package and send back despite completely not working, only offered a refund, no replacement and lost money on the now useless cable. Futile attempt at rectifying an easily preventable issue, how appalling. The standard prescribed for this "business" is already abjectly low. How is it that they managed to fall beneath that standard is beyond me and certainly far beyond them. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

3 /5 Jaiden Tslgl2: Not a great online experience however would be good if the webshop operator does not need to be contacted. Jason who I contacted (not the webshop operator but probably a buys and loans operator or personal finance operator) was friendly about the situation however his management didnt organise a replacement webshop assistant to reply back to a message even after contacting Jason on the phone. One star for the quality items this store has. Another star for the prices this store offers which is great but most likely typical for a buys and loans centre since they lowball for their loans and buys (I wouldnt sell to this store but would rather sell to Ringwood if I lived in this area). The other bonus star goes to Jasons great customer service. He explained to me that the webshop operator is unwell which is understandable and explained that everything brand new had to be opened, which was also a fair explanation however I didnt want to come to the store and return it via the right to reject policy for online purchases (30 days change of mind for deliveries only). I also wanted a negotiated price but for the reasons above, prices are forced to be firm which is not ideal for this store. This is a good store to pick up goods but not for its webshop system. Would pass this store next time however thats just my bias considering it would take forever to get here from where I live. More of a locals cashies to me. Go to Ringwood for better quotes if you live around Heidelberg or surrounding areas.

1 /5 Casey Jamie: when you first go buy something all the workers are bragging about the 90 warranty and about if anything goes wrong with the camera you can just return it but when you go back to return it the staff rude specially the ginger one. bought a camera for a holiday, the camera charger never worked so couldnt use it overseas, when i come back to return it they try it at the office and it doesnt work then they take it inside fix it and tell me its working perfectly fine and I couldnt return it anymore. the ginger or red head was especially rude, definitely just recommend buying of Facebook.

5 /5 TJ W: I have always been hesitant about buying tech goods online but my experience with CC Heidelberg, VIC has completely changed my mind and made me a lot more confident. I am absolutely rapt with my iPad and also the excellent customer service skills of Corey in the webshop who should be highly commended. He went above and beyond to ensure that he had one happy customer in me. A big thank you for all your help, patience and perfect description of the item. I could not be happier.
