5 /5 L: Absolutely fantastic service. Rick was helpful and knowledgeable, and I felt valued as a customer. I recommend this place highly. There are some amazing finds with good prices. Im definitely coming back.

1 /5 Shane Bishop: If I could rate this store less I would. Abhorrent behaviour at this store. Selling known stolen goods that police have asked to hold under investigation on the premise of we dont have to adhere to that as its only a suggestion. I think we are all aware that alot of goods in cash converters are stolen, but to knowingly sell something under investigation is terrible behaviour. I wish I could get a reply from an owner but I strongly doubt they have enough integrity to face these type of questions.

1 /5 Tom Burns: Dodgy as! Bought a few video games online, they couldn’t find 2 of them to start with. The other games then arrived and guess what? There was no disc in 1 of them! How lazy do you have to be to not even open a case and check the disc is in there! Also I’ve emailed them the day this happened, got no reply. I then called the store upwards of 5 times and no answer! Had to call Head Office to escalate the issue! Clearly no accountability at this store. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of this Cashies.

1 /5 Jason Chitty: Attention Guitar players, do not waste your time selling a guitar to this store. I was offered $60 for my 2011 made in Mexico Fender strat with Sperzel locking tuners. I was expecting an offer of about $200 to 300. This store feeds on people who are suffering financial hardship. I will not be buying or selling at this store again

3 /5 Colin Ong: I purchased two Brinno cameras, one from this Sunshine store and the other from Glenroy. The manager at Glenroy (Wassim) was really great; he asked what my name was, then went to the back to get my item. At the front counter, he asked for my drivers licence, took a look at it while i was holding it, then processed the transaction. Fast and efficient. However, at Sunshine, I was asked for my drivers licence, and the sales lady took it from me, and walked to the storeroom with it. My drivers licence was out of my view for a while. She came back with my item and my drivers licence shortly and processed the transaction. Id very much prefer if your staff do not take our personal details into a closed door storeroom, for P.I.I. security.
