1 /5 peter rossi: Today i called up for a loan, they then sent the link to access loan portal
Which i did, i got my Centrelink and one of my bank statement and then the other bank statement i had a issue uploading it but after a couple of trys i managed to upload...
After that I got told by the lady thats all for there is for now nothing left for you to do
So in about a hour later cash train rings me back regarding my ANZ account she wanted to know 3 insurances that were tied to my ex partner account and I told her theses are nothing to do with me there my ex partners whom i pay her accounts for her every fortnight
And this lady still did not believe me until i sent my ex partners pdf file for her bank on her statements clearly on her account from her bank with her letterhead on with her current address...
And all i get told do you have joint accounts and i said no there only linked up but there separate bank accounts with different account holders
On them, my ex has threatened to take cash train to court, for deformation of character
As she was belittled in this whole process
Appalling service
Made me and my partner feel like criminals...
The whole process was
Very stressful to be honest there not that professional at all
After what I and my former partner went through today to get a loan that was for me but cash train brought her into the mix which shouldnt have got that far, basically calling me a liar
I think this will be my last time getting a loan from Cash Train as it wasnt easy but very stressful to
