When I asked what I owed them, the lady said there was no charge !! What great service and kindness not witnessed enough nowadays. Thank you

Now Fay has the matching Earrings. Fays dad was also a customer with Cattachs Jewellers. We would not go anywhere else.

1 /5 Loretta Hocking: I took my sterling silver bracelet watch to Catanach’s to have the movement replaced. Without my knowledge or consent, they removed the original heavily textured surface by buffing it to a high shine. I was shocked and very upset that my beautiful family heirloom was ruined. This was some years ago but I have never forgotten or forgiven them for it nor have I worn the watch, even after spending several hundred dollars on a new movement. I was treated rudely by an unpleasant man who I believe was the owner.
