Amy Applekät Had an amazing session after a long hiatus from exercise due to injury. Unfortunately I have to give up my usual weightlifting for lower impact exercise, and my reformer class with Karen was the perfect introduction to Pilates; she is intuitive and gentle but great at communicating and breaking down the moves to a newbie. Great taste in music too! I’m now no longer dreading my transition away from my usual routine and into Pilates, and am really looking forward to coming back!
