Training here pushes me to go further each session, and what makes me keep coming back is the energy the community and the Amazing people and the coaches, plus the progress I see in myself. Paula strives to make each class unique, ensuring that an element of surprise is consistently present. She is both warm and a strict trainer, ensuring that no one takes her for granted. Despite me not having hit a fitness centre in a decade, she has significantly helped me improve my form.

Evette Buono Friendly, clean and well equipped gym. Welcoming to all ages, sizes, etc. I like that it is low key and has parking at the RSL as well as being right next to the train station. Not many classes but I go for the equipment. Members can access the gym during unstaffed hours

Kim Jahn I have been going to AF in Kew for a bit over a year now, and I have been very happy going here. The staff are always very friendly, and I rarely have to wait to use the piece/s of equipment I want to use. They also offer free towels to use, which none of the other locations Ive been to offer, and its always clean and tidy.
