5 /5 Heba Mamdouh: I highly recommend Charles! He always does an amazing job! On April 10, 2025, I sent an email to Charles to get my letter of eligibility to practise my profession certified. I urgently needed this done as I was overseas and if I had done it in the country where I was, I would have had to waste time, energy, and money to go myself to the department of foreign affairs and department of justice to get it stamped. Charles was very kind and agreed to help me. On the same day, Charles replied to me that he was happy to help. The process was very smooth and efficient, and on the same day he notarised it and sent it to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for an Apostille. Charles kept me updated throughout the whole process and on April 22, he told me he received the document. The document was stamped, certified, and dated by both him and the Apostille. In all dealings Charles has been most helpful and at times a voice of reason. His professional knowledge and ability is second to none. I needed Public Notary done, I have called up Charles on Tuesday morning, he did text me the Werribee Location for the service and confirmed the appointment time for 6.00PM 31/03/2021. On the appointment date when I reached to the location, it was closed when I rang Charles he said ohh.... I had urgent appointment so i had to leave, if possible can you come to my CBD location? Such an unreliable, unprofessional person he is! Did not even apologized for not being at the appointment location. He should have communicated with me for cancelling my appointment. I left work early to attend his appointment and what a waste of time! I would not recommend him to anyone. Looks like he does not care about his clients. 1 /5 Hayden Callinan: This is a basic run down of my experience with practitioner Charles Reichman Imposed risks to my pops estate purposely after realising he had illegally altered my late grandfathers will Had the nerve to suggest I was greedy at first rounds bids to sell the family home. Poor at keeping his own arranged meetings Manipulated the land drawing and seems to have short changed my grandfather (family) around $160k in land value when selling the family home Removed last wishes and tributes of love intended (as individually noted) to each and everyone of his grandchildren Denied my siblings the right to challenge the legal will after supplying their solicitor (what appears to be) an altered version (months before he actually conducted an affidavit to ‘illegally alter’ a dead person’s own legal will “SPEND IT ALL advising his TRUSTEES or government will take every cent INVEST IT ALL INTO A HOME (establish an error with sales purchase invoicing) For my new home Charles Reichman knowingly ‘Committed perjury’ conducting my late grandfathers estate and basically imposed risks to rob me & released estate funds illegally Took off with $14k after releasing funds (pleads ignorance to correction of a number of invoicing issues) & blocked me Incited troubles with a trustee after had enforced (1 of 2) attempts to displace me with misleading lies to enforce these trust agreements while I was in a motel and costs mounting (no way of paying He refused to supply me the 10% sales purchase agreement from the sale of my grandfathers home and displaced me significantly (making sure I was homeless He lied and mislead me regarding repeated suggestions I’d need to ‘defer settlement’ STRANGE PROBLEM WHEN CHARLES AND HIS REALESTATE FRIEND CANT SUPPLY ME A RENTAL Charles waited until hours prior to the settlement deadline to vacate (in fact the home only required a good final clean by this point)* before advising me of his misleading ‘state trustee threats (They be taking every cent I’d not see a cent again) if he didn’t take his action of enforcing trust GET THIS he had planned to be the trustee * after actively engaging in ‘disagreement’ (disagreement is forbidden within hidden trust deed policy) and was a good attempt to take advantage after settlement Displaced and left homeless with impacts of raising emergency motel And storage costs) because Charles conducts his work unethically & (Actually) knows how to significantly displace you and sets out to ‘set you up’ (to lose the lot) He removed up to (or more) ten pages of my grandfathers legal will and (as he told me) you had 40 years experience and basically don’t question him He placed a risk on my family’s wealth that were completely unnecessary and because it would hold you up Established a false guardianship or released the estate to a manipulative idea that person was my legal guardian knowing she was not my guardian at all He pawned a trustee who placed the estate proceeds into her own bank account being (which is) forbidden Charles Reichman caused troubles to Purposely upset family relations and threatened a court order against me under completely false terms Imposed 2 of 3 (seperate) attempted trust deeds (just to avoid initial involvement) the 1st imposed verbally at settlement eve Seems to have targeted my new home via purposely not performing the nomination requests from another solicitor which (as he knew) would (if not conducted) jeopardise the entire net worth of my inheritance This particular practitioner, Charles Reichman notary /lawyer is a most dishonest & most vindictive, is a risk to our community, the integrity of our courts, the lawyer regulator (themselves) OR any grieving family) & MUST be removed from all legal practice (based from my own personal experiences)
