They were honest in their initial assessment of our circumstances to contact some banks directly rather than through their service, but we ended up circling back around to them and they helped us get a residential construction loan in a farm zone area, which was challenging to say the least, but they go us there when I think others would have failed. They then helped us wade through the hurdles of having to re-apply for a loan mid-construction when a turn of events meant we needed to change builders. They guided us through several stressful situations from beginning to end. I highly recommend giving Aaron and Chelsea a call.
