Each class is thoughtfully structured, whether youre a beginner or more advanced. The studio has a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and focus. Ive noticed a real improvement in my flexibility, strength, and overall mindfulness. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their physical and mental well-being!

Michelle Alvaro Ben, Aidan, and Saoirse provide an outstanding experience, starting with the consistently friendly greeting upon arrival. Bens professional approach to assessing the children and Saoirses impressive ability to teach them in such an enjoyable manner are truly noteworthy. Wesley is fortunate to be a part of the Lane Cove Swimming program.

The Yoga Manifesto + Spa - VIC

Kerbray Lovely atmosphere and a very friendly service. Although the coffee wasnt the best weve had (likely just a personal preference!), it wasnt bad at all, and the food looked decent too. The friendly staff member was great and it was very pleasant visiting briefly. Will have to try the yoga here at some point!
