Her friendly and hands on approach make the classes enjoyable and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough if you suffer from chronic pain and stiffness.

Fitstop Drummoyne - VIC

Karen Almeida Absolutely loving being a member of Fitstop Drummoyne. The coaches are professional and have great energy, making the classes a lot of fun. I enjoy the variety of workouts each day and each week, which is perfectly scalable to all ages and abilities. Most of all, the community they’ve built in the short time they’ve been open is incredible. Having an opportunity to connect with locals during class and through social gatherings (while getting fitter and stronger!) has been a highlight.
