Tom Rodgers Discovery Health and Fitness is a fantastic place to train with excellent equipment and motivated personal trainers. Karim has a wealth of knowledge that he has gained through his own experiences. In the time that ive spent training with Karim he has fixed many flaws in my technique and has been able to teach me the importance of nutrition. He has gone above and beyond and I would certainly recommend him to anyone from beginners to professional athletes.
