5 /5 Armish Sharif: Hi it’s Hugo, Armish’s now husband. Our story is an amazing story with everyone having their own special role, especially Cliveden. My now wife and I decided to get married at such short notice. Before we decided to get married we went into the shop to have a look for fun so I could see what she’d like and she fell in love with the most amazing ring, you should’ve seen her face, it was the one I knew I had to get. With her mother’s arrival shortly after from overseas things escalated VERY quickly. Before we knew it we were all planning a wedding. I hadn’t even got the ring yet or proposed! So I called Cliveden to get the ring to only find out that someone had bought it the day before, which wasn’t surprising because the ring is just amazing. I told them my situation and how I needed that ring ASAP with only a few weeks to go before the wedding and her last chemo treatment. I wanted her to have it a couple of weeks before then so she was feeling good enough to enjoy it and have that special time at work to show it around before she would be too unwell again and also married potentially without an engagement ring! ALL the staff was so accomodating and were all in on the story, they were all so helpful and lovely and were aware of my plan and rush to get the ring, they really did pull some strings to get it there faster and I’ll be forever grateful for their help. Thank you so much to all the staff and being such a part of our beautiful story. We even got the wedding bands too with only days to go which thankfully suited perfect with only adding to this amazing ring that they had. Thanks again to everyone involved. Yours eternally, Hugo.

5 /5 Kathleen Dionne: My partner and I visited Cliveden last weekend to pick my engagement ring. I was drawn to this shop because the jewlery in the windows looked fabulous and unlike everywhere else. There was something different, unique and inviting about it. We were greeted by Sharon and without much of an idea on my part, she seemed to know exactly what I was looking for and what I would like. She picked 4 different rings for me to try, all absolutely stunning and I didnt take too long to find "the one". Sharons professionalism, knowledge and customer service were outstanding! Melbourne is a 3 hours drive away from home for us, and Im 100% sure we will be coming back when its time to choose and buy our wedding bands. There is no other jewlers Id want to do business with for such special and meaningful piece of jewlery.

We stumbled upon this beautiful little shop about 12 months ago and had not found anything we liked since then, so we came back and had the nicest time with Sabrina. She didn’t try force us to buy anything and made sure we were comfortable with sizing and offered great advice on what would work best for us. Would recommend to everyone to attend Clive den
