I knew I was in good hands from the time they looked and examined it and how they handled it. Was sent a quote a couple of days later, approved the quote and was able to collect my fully restored piece in a couple of weeks. No fuss, no long delays, just a small repair job done with care and as quoted. No hesitation. I have complete trust in Robyn.

They included with the price my art deco earring converted into a pendant (extremely awesome work) and the brilliant look chain. All the staff’s service was extremely amazing. I bought eleven years ago from the same place a set of art deco ring and earrings ( the other pair I lost that’s why I had the other half converted into a pendant). I’m extremely estatic that I went back to Etherington’s Jewelry because of this. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone that wants anything of their services and jewelry. It’s a very happy place to go to.
