Maggie Stokes I love every session I have with Nikki, I never have the same session( I go 3/4 days a week) it is always challenging and pushing my goals. Baby friendly which is fantastic , great bunch of girls attend classs and Flex is building a supporting caring community, great environment to work out in and no judgement ! Highly recommend

The FitKids Program offers an excellent avenue for engaging your children in physical activity, with trainers actively encouraging participation and involvement to enhance their fitness. The program incorporates numerous team-building games, ensuring that children enhance their fitness and skills effortlessly, all while thoroughly enjoying themselves. My daughter has been there for years and loved it.

Amy Weatherlake Ive been attending Strong Richmond for 2 years now and its a fantastic studio. I love the variety of the classes, especially when they focus on different areas i.e upper body so you know what you are in for. The instructors are great at what they do but also so friendly and welcoming, special shout out to Heather!
