1 /5 Gill Crowley: I recently signed up for a free trial at this gym as a potential new member, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
After registering, I never received any follow-up or contact from the gym. I made multiple attempts to reach out – I called several times and no one answered. I also sent a text message, hoping for a response, but again, I was completely ignored.
As someone who was genuinely interested in joining and potentially becoming a long-term customer, this lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also very discouraging. First impressions matter, and in this case, the silence spoke volumes.
I was looking forward to trying out the facilities and getting a feel for the community, but instead I was left feeling like my interest didn’t matter. Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend this gym to others.
Customer service is just as important as equipment and amenities, and unfortunately, this gym failed at the very first step.
