STRONG Pilates Elsternwick - VIC

Jessica Fulton ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ive been doing STRONG Pilates for a few months now and Im genuinely hooked. Every session leaves me feeling stronger, more energized, and seriously accomplished. Its not just a workout — its a full-body sweat session that pushes you in the best way possible. The classes are dynamic and intense (in the best way), and the trainers are top-notch. What really sets STRONG apart is the incredible community vibe. Everyone’s so supportive and positive — it makes showing up something I genuinely look forward to. If you’re looking for a workout that challenges you, uplifts you, and makes you feel amazing, this is it!

Wyndham City Gymnastics - VIC

vinal chandra This training facility is exceptional. Equipment is well maintained despite its age. Its not about the aesthetics as some people may be inclined towards. However they are functional, safe and there to practice skills. Also the customer service is friendly and informative. In terms of the coaching, I see a high level of experience especially with the competative side of gymnastics, ALP (WAG and MAG) and Gymstar. The patience, dedication, discipline, encouragment, and humanistic approach towards the students to achieve the best version of themselves in their artistry. I have a good understanding of human physiology, kinesiology, biomechenics, and biochemistry so I can comment on some of aspects barney styles. I have seen coaches at the facility apply the principles of training towards their athletes by ensuring good form in their skills, applying strength and conditioning methodology for structural integrity to ensure injury prevention. There has been energy systems training to ensure a balance between cardio, explosiveness, and sustained intensive activities. All these are done meticulously and without fancy equipment that are in high performance gymnasiums. In terms of biomechenics there is clear understanding of physics in applying force, and momentum for follow-ups and skills on various apparatus, important skills to have for various reasons but importantly to manage fatigue thus preventing injury and prolong an athletes career. In terms of community I have observed, a cohesion between athletes parents, and a sense of being welcomed and being part of the team. They also have payment plans, second hand uniforms, and parent portal app. I have taken my child to bigger clubs, its a good starting point however, I wished I had started here first, better coaching and more fun for my child. Like I mentioned this may not be an elite level, high performance facility, where there is an intervention for every minutiae, or nutritional adjustments. Like any sport this present day where people chase the best of the best, cough out significant amount of money to achieve the last 1 % where the 99% of work was not done. That 80 to 90% is crucial to the foundation of an athlete and their future careers this gradual process builds physical and most importantly psychological resilience to prevent bigger issues or career ending outcomes. The case in point is places like wyndham city gymnastics builds up the 80 to 90 percent or more which I cannot stress how crucial it is, so your child, loved one can build this foundation and excell in their careers as a gymnast. Give this facility a try and see for yourself.

Club Lime Hurstville - VIC

Julie Knott It has been over a year since I joined, & I have continued to be a very satisfied client. Caitlin, the manager, strives to keep the space very clean & the equipment serviced. She embraces feedback & is a welcoming presence along with the other reception staff. At 68, they kept an eye out for me at first to check if I wouldnt injure myself, but I got the thumbs up & I have been encouraged ever since. I am inspired by the number of young women who take their training seriously. The gender balance gives a less aggressive feeling in the gym. Watching Wade, a personal trainer, attend to his clients with care & knowledge also gives me inspiration to pick up my form. I have found a gym home at a time in my life when strength training is essential.
