Julie Knott It has been over a year since I joined, & I have continued to be a very satisfied client. Caitlin, the manager, strives to keep the space very clean & the equipment serviced. She embraces feedback & is a welcoming presence along with the other reception staff. At 68, they kept an eye out for me at first to check if I wouldnt injure myself, but I got the thumbs up & I have been encouraged ever since. I am inspired by the number of young women who take their training seriously. The gender balance gives a less aggressive feeling in the gym. Watching Wade, a personal trainer, attend to his clients with care & knowledge also gives me inspiration to pick up my form. I have found a gym home at a time in my life when strength training is essential.

Caroline King My son was seen by Kevin for an injury to his hand. Kevin was great with a caring and professional manner. His after care was also excellent, providing me with follow up videos to show how to tape the injury for sport. I would highly recommend him.

Kate Williams I have been a member with EFM for just over 5 years now and I absolutely love it. It is such a supportive environment with everything you need to build on your health and fitness. The coaches have a wealth of knowledge and not only push you to be your best but motivate you to keep going. My strength and fitness wouldn’t be anywhere near what it is now without EFM! Couldn’t recommend more highly!
