1 /5 Lou Larubina: Staff try their best to help the paying customers,hampered by management. I’ve tried by all the available means to have my issues resolved 1) speak with the staff on duty 2) fill out the complaint forms at the front desk -3 times which I included my phone number and asked for a callback ,to no avail
3)Finally managed to bail up the ‘Facility Manager’?? Explained to him as politely as I could about the lack of response to the issues being,lack of equipment for people doing rehab- lack of noodles and flotation boards for general public and rehab clients. This centre eagerly takes payments from rate payers and WorkSafe clients but does not provide equipment that is required for rehabilitation.The payment that WorkSafe provides is exceptionally higher than the general public pays . Being both a ratepayer and a WorkSafe client I find this beyond belief. This centre has equipment for the Aqua Arobics classes and for the swimming classes,.And upper management has instructed the staff on the ground to confiscate any equipment that the general public or rehab clients are using which are allocated to arobics and swim lessons, one would understand if they were being used whilst they were required for the other classes but generally if not always there are plenty of unused equipment available that we cannot use. This issue has been brought to the attention of management for over 3months .No feed back , and only if l manage to bail up the facilities management do I get any feed back , not acceptable feed back just drivel that they hope would placate me . To offer to sell Equipment to those that need them is a JOKE!!! Frustrated Rate Payer .Lou Larubina
