5 /5 Charana Bartholomeusz: I recently visited the Commonwealth Bank branch in Chirnside Park and had an excellent experience thanks to the incredible team, especially Bank Manager Priya, along with Jennifer and Thomas. Priya was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Jennifer and Thomas were equally helpful, providing clear guidance and making the entire process stress-free. Their friendly approach and willingness to assist made a huge difference. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service, and I truly appreciate their efforts.

1 /5 Belinda Dingley: Every time my elderly mother goes in with her passbook to withdrawal some money the , bank machine is always not working you would think all the billions of dollars they make they could replace the old machine with a new one !

1 /5 Graeme Cox: This branch, had a staff member try to do banking for my business only to be told from the staff member at the bank on duty "You make me feel like quitting my job when you walk in " WOW customer service ?????? My staff member did have staff some trouble with the new machines for deposits as there was no longer any counter service. To keep my staff from resigning I have now told them to go to another branch. Commonwealth Bank you need to look into the transition period when branches make this change 6 months later and still no reply on here , great job Commonwealth Bank
