1 /5 Chris Banek: Late to open then says they don’t have tellers available and to go elsewhere. What’s the point of a physical bank if that’s the case.

5 /5 Sunny Kang: I visited on busy Monday afternoon, and had to wait for more than half an hour which I expected. It was a long wait, but Katherine was so welcoming & helpful with my stuff so easy & well organised. I was smiling during the process & happy with that. Thanks again to Katherine w such a gd attitude & gesture.

1 /5 Jr Mendoza: Extremely disappointed with the customer service of this branch. The staff in the cubicle and the receptionist were rude and dismissive, claiming it was impossible to resolve my dispute. Instead of helping me the staff gave me a judgemental opinion due to my inability to monitor my account. However, when I called the bank hotline the same day, my issue was promptly resolved, and I got my money back. Dont visit this branch its a waste of your time.

1 /5 N Bahrain: Incredibly rude teller- unhelpful and would not let me explain my situation just kept talking over me and then demanding that I let her speak. Gave me completely the wrong advice the first time I went in and when I tried again a week later she still wouldnt offer useful help, just spoke over me. Really should not be in a customer service position as she is truly awful at it. Signs on the wall ask that you speak to the tellers politely but it should absolutely work both ways! As a result I am withdrawing my money and taking it to a different bank.
