1 /5 Donna: I recently had an experience at this branch that was unlike anything I’ve encountered at a bank before. Due to the circumstances, I have decided not to return to this particular location.

1 /5 Juju Simatic: My mom drawn money but cashier didn’t something wrong after that writing by hand just amount money with out details. I must went back to bank for update book for her (she’s87 hard to walk too much). Cashier just want she do by herself .I try explain just update book not take money out and it is your fault did not clear for customer. I understand about security,I showed my ID card and told her I let 87s mom in car park far from bank300m because not easy to get close spots she hard to walk but cashier still refused even only update book. What’s customer want from bank just good service clear comfortable and surely security every way. I hope bank should to do many things to make customer happy and secure. My mom honestly with commonwealths bank more than 60 ys. Services bad and badly and take time.
