1 /5 Dean Perry: Ive been a customer of this bank for 10+ years. Throughout most of this time Ive had a great relationship with the local team and with Bendigo Bank overall.
However, in the past 6-12 months there has been a big change in the customer service levels at this branch, and the competency of the staff.
Theres also been a concerted push to force you to make an appointment, even when the branch isnt busy.
This is made much worse by the branch almost NEVER answering the phone. So you need two visits to get anything meaningful done as you cant pre-arrange an appointment.
In 2025, most of us only visit a bank branch when we need something complex done. This branch really needs to lift its game. Compared to two of the big four Ive visited in the past few months, and also other Bendigo branches this branch is a long way behind.
