Ryan Shane Wow. I needed a watch repair urgently and found I live local to ash. I had my wedding on the Saturday and I wanted to wear my grandads watch on the day that hasn’t worked in years. I took it to Ash, his knowledge and care for detail with this family heirloom blew me away and did it right then and there in front of me. All I wanted was a battery change but he replaced the seals, cleaned all the components and got it looking great. We chatted the whole time and it was clear his skills in this dying art is something you can’t get from the little repair shops you see in the big shopping centres. If he didn’t live so close the other review on here nearly would have put me off but extremely happy I went. Highly recommend and already have plans to drop a few more bits and pieces off.

blessy varghese I bought a watch from Shiels (Blacktown) and the lady named Shubs was so friendly and nice ..told me some of the features about the watch which I didn’t know. Shiels is very lucky to have you as a staff ..appreciate her customer service..I would recommend my family and friends too!!

M S Lovely collection very beautiful, I have visited yesterday as my other store was closed, they were opened late, very calm, Tamara was very nice and accommodating. I used my credit card for transaction, which she did not like, but accommodated at the end as I bought few pieces. I will come back.
