Chris Carlin Max is a great trainer! My aim was to get fitter and stronger. After only a few months Max has helped me rebuild my strength and fitness. Each week we focus on different areas of the body and we are always trying new exercises. Max is very encouraging during sessions and always corrects technique to make sure the exercises are done properly. Highly recommended.
