What started as a relatively simple sale of mums home before moving into retirement village turned into a nightmare (for me anyway) with 2 caveats / a jumpy purchaser who was looking to cancel contract / an unexpected bringing forward of settlement / a late request for a sale price discount / and finally mums unexpected passing away. At all times Nick and his team acted with care and consideration with me - he was nothing but professional during a really bad time and despite all the hurdles managed to settle the contract, ensuring our family grief was not exacerbated. I could not be happier with the absolute professionalism and coordination to make our settlement seamless and as smooth as possible. Would absolutely recommend Nick and his team for any conveyancing needs in Victoria .
