L P I have been going to Core for a few years. I have worked with physios, Keely & Nicki and I have met a few of their other physios. All the people at Core are very friendly and their physios are the best. They are so knowledgeable and they care about their clients. I have Diffuse Scleroderma and Osteoporosis and I have been helped immensely through my program with Nicki. I am in a group of 3-4 people and she has tailored a program to help improve my strength and range of motion. I am very lucky to have found Core.

Jesse DeBrincat I cant say enough how happy we are to have our son attend Imperium. The team is phenomenal with the kids, empowering and teaching them so wonderfully. We absolutely love coming in and are so amazed at how our son has developed doing Mini BJJ and how confident he has become, on and off the mats. We cant wait for our daughter to begin next year! Amy Weatherlake Ive been attending Strong Richmond for 2 years now and its a fantastic studio. I love the variety of the classes, especially when they focus on different areas i.e upper body so you know what you are in for. The instructors are great at what they do but also so friendly and welcoming, special shout out to Heather!

Nicole Foder Getting back on the mat, after a long time off with an injury @ Hum Studio , has been amazing. Beautiful & intimate studio. Professional, understanding & excellent foundations of Yoga. Each yin teacher has addressed any concerns. Sound Baths and events awesome. Highly recommend.

Erin Swanson The most unbelievably welcoming, open and supportive work out space I’ve ever been a part of! Each class the trainer takes you through the exercises, with demos and support throughout the class. Kylie, Mark, Shannon & Alex are word class coaches!!!
