Stuart McKenzie Dom is a master of his craft. I remember Dom from high school as a gregarious, humorous and empathetic guy but not the lean mean fighting machine that he is today. Dom brings an understanding of the struggle to get fit that is, based on my interactions, rare in most personal trainers. Combine that with his extensive experience and his first class knowledge, you are in very good hands. Have just completed my first twelve weeks with Dom and immediately signed up for further training.

Cherie Harrington Love Ruby’s define class, her depth of knowledge & experience in physical therapy and the body is exceptional, it shines through in every class. Combining her expertise with clear, supportive guidance, ensuring each class is both challenging and safe. Ruby explains & understands how to move safely with strength and alignment, making her classes not only transformative but also empowering & fun. Outstanding instructor.

Paige Wills Frost Fit is the most welcoming gym and has the best vibe. I started going 6 months ago and can say this is the longest I’ve stuck to any program. This is all because these guys know their stuff, are super friendly and their commitment to everyone’s individual fitness goals blows me away. Would recommend them to anyone.
